World Book Day 2017: Harsh Mandar

Because every day is World Book Day for the true book lover, we bring you some more book selections from our authors. We had asked our authors to write about a well-loved book, which they think more people should read.
Harsh Mandar is the author of many books. We had the privilege of publishing his first book for teenage readers Invisible People.

My favourite book of all time is Alan Paton’s Cry the Beloved Country. In these global times of what I call command bigotry, led right from the top, Paton’s story of forgiveness and love in times of hatred is more relevant than ever.
